Findomestic Group Code of Ethics

The Findomestic Group Code of Ethics is the statement of the Group’s corporate principles and values. It also sets out the Group’s rights, duties and responsibilities towards all parties with which it enters into relations in order to pursue its social objectives.

This document therefore identifies the essential values, reference standards and codes of conduct that govern the Findomestic way, and clearly delineates the principles regulating the conduct of all who act for the company and/or in the company’s name in relations with customers (actual or potential), colleagues, associates, suppliers, public authorities and public opinion in general.

The Findomestic Group believes that creating a climate based on a strong sense of ethical integrity has a positive influence on the conduct of its associates, making a decisive contribution to the effectiveness of monitoring policies and systems.

The Code of Ethics is also a component of the framework of measures put in place to implement the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree no. 231 of 2001, regulating the administrative responsibility of a company for offences committed by its representatives, employees and associates. In this regard the Code is based on the Guidelines issued by the Italian Banking Association, which outlines the general principles of management, supervision and monitoring that organisational models are to be based on, and which similarly outlines cases and their respective conduct.

Findomestic Group thus adopts and promotes this Code of Ethics. The Code is addressed to all stakeholders, to which Findomestic Group’s attitude is critically important.

The principles in this Code are binding – without exception – for all company representatives, employees and all other parties who act, directly or indirectly, in the name of and on behalf of the company (consultants, auditors, associates, agents, outsourcers, commercial partners etc.), all of whom are required to conform to the provisions of this Code.

The companies of Findomestic Group undertake to neither instigate nor pursue any form of relationship that is not in keeping with the principles of this Code.
