Assofin

Findomestic Banca has been a member of Assofin since 1992, the year in which the Association was founded.

Assofin (Associazione Italiana del Credito al Consumo e Immobiliare) groups together and represents the main, qualified financial operators that operate in the sectors of consumer credit and Real Estate financing.

All of its 47 members are from large companies, industrial groups and either Italian or foreign banks. They all have a long-standing tradition of operating in these sectors and are backed by a firm shareholding structure which together guarantee both their seriousness and trustworthiness.

The aim of the Association is to encourage the adoption of common rules of conduct based on the principles of transparency and clarity in regards to the consumers. In this way, by adhering to the Association, membership can be recognised as a true guarantee of quality.

When representing its members, Assofin works together with ABI, in whose Council, together with other Associations, they participate in nominating a representative. They are also active at an international level. Assofin is a member of Eurofinas, the European Federation of financial companies which groups together 14 national associations from this sector.

Findomestic Banca is a member of ABI.

ABI (Associazione Bancaria Italiana) is a voluntary, non-profit making association, that encourages increasing the awareness of those social values and conduct based on the principles of entrepreneurship and the realisation of a free competitive market.

ABI also represents the Italian credit and financial System abroad, some examples of which include the European Banking Federation and the European Mortgage Federation.
